Since its founding in 1921, Robert Morris University (RMU) has been delivering academic excellence with a professional focus. The private, coeducational university now offers online degree programs, enabling students to juggle work, travel, family, and home while advancing their education in fields from English Studies, Applied Psychology, and Health Services to Business. The online curricula provide contents identical to those used at the RMU campus, delivered through cutting-edge Internet delivery model in direct response to the needs of working students who either live a great distance from the University or have little free time to spend in a classroom.
Student Appeal
Enrollees can keep their existing job with a flexible scheduling that permits them to learn anywhere, anytime without the need to commute to campus and complete courses. Interact with classmates and professors regularly via discussion questions and chats. Courses are available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. An undergraduate degree program can be completed in four years, or less given transfer, portfolio or CLEP credits. Students of online classes also gained access to all Robert Morris University student services, including enrollment counseling, Freedom Card usage, libraries, student financial services, financial aid counseling and more.
Financial
Students enrolled in four online classes in one term qualify for financial aid as a full-time student. Sources for financial aid funding include federal government grants, loans and work study, state grants, institutional and outside scholarships, and private loan funding.

This CCNE-accredited program is offered exclusively at the Regional Learning Alliance in Cranberry Township and is designed to provide maximum flexibility and support for individuals with busy professional lives. Courses are taught using a combination of online and classroom study, with only 50% of course work completed in the classroom.

The Master of Science (M.S.) in Competitive Intelligence Systems degree program is designed to educate business and information systems professionals in the concepts, activities and issues related to business intelligence systems.

The 36-credit degree program is designed for elementary or secondary school teachers, those in corporate training and development, or those in scholastic athletics and recreation management. Six specialization tracks are offered: Leadership, Corporate Training, Elementary Education, English Education, Mathematics Education and Sport Management.
Classes are taught by faculty members who are experts in education and related disciplines, and by practicing professionals who are leaders in the field. Fall and spring semester classes are offered in the evenings during eight-week terms. Many summer courses are also offered during the day for more intensive study.
The program includes a practicum that provides you with the opportunity to conduct a field-based project. You will work with teachers, managers, administrators or other decision-makers and policy-makers in an educational setting to perform this on-site, guided practical experience.
