Student Appeal
Paroba College offers a unique full-time, 3-day-per-week schedule, as well as a full-time evening program for cosmetology and esthetics, to accommodate students with a busy lifestyle. Depending on the program, a student attends school for 8 or 10 hours per day on assigned days and will still have four days off every week. The top-tier curricula, taught by experienced instructors, features unique learning opportunities and advanced training not offered by the average cosmetology school, in an environment that cultivates professionalism and responsibility while encouraging creativity and passion.

  • BarberingBarbering
    This program takes 1000 hours to complete and will have you ready to work in about 10 months. Learn hair styling and cutting, facial hair trimming and shaving, artificial hair and much more. With a focus on men's hair and skin care, this is the right program for students interested in working in the barbering industry.
  • CosmetologyCosmetology
    Designed to prepare students for an exciting career in hair, nail and skin care, the hands-on coursework of this program provide the requisite practical skills, safety judgments and proper work habits, all under the guidance of experienced and dedicated instructors. The courses cover haircutting and styling, coloring, chemical texturing, Straight Japanese Hair Relaxing, manicuring, facials, makeup, hair removal, product knowledge, retail sales, plus advanced techniques in hair extensions and barbering, enabling. Graduates are qualified for the state board examination and entry-level positions in the cosmetology industry.
  • EstheticsEsthetics
    Those seeking a rewarding and soothing career as a skin care professional will benefit from this program. They acquire professional skills to perform facials, hair removal (both waxing and sugaring), body treatments and makeup, with the matching knowledge in products and retail sales.
  • Teacher TrainingTeacher Training
    Intended for licensed cosmetologists or estheticians who are passionate about training future professionals, this program features courses on classroom instruction, lesson plans, teaching methodology, teaching aids, theory teaching, classroom management, student evaluation, and clinic supervision. Graduates are eligible for the state board examination and gain an entry-level instructor position in the cosmetology or esthetics industry
