Overview
Oral Roberts University was founded in 1963 by Oral Roberts, as a Christian college with a mission to "educate the whole person." Today, ORU offers over 100 majors through colleges of arts and cultural studies, business, education, nursing, science and engineering, and theology and ministry. While completing an educational program at ORU, students also assemble an e-portfolio of work that records their progress and personal growth, as a reflection of the school's "whole person" ethos.
