Overview
Illinois School of Health Careers is an accredited institution that was founded in 1990 to trains students for a variety of careers in the Allied Health and computer fields. Most programs prepare students for entry-level careers in dental assisting, medical assisting and a patient care technician program. This school has locations in both Loop and O'Hare areas of Chicago, Illinois.

Illinois School of Health Careers provides practical, career-oriented training for students who want to quickly move from the classroom to the real world. Students take classes taught by experienced instructors who are or who have been working in the industry they teach. A variety of student services are available to help students succeed in their classes and in their job searches after graduation.

The Dental Assistant program will teach you valuable skills, including taking x-rays, impressions and other dental procedures. An externship at a dental office is included to give you the hands-on experience and confidence you need to begin your new career.
