Overview
Dorsey Schools has been educating students for over 70 years. Located in Roseville, Michigan, the school offers a Culinary Arts program which teaches students the basics of cooking and prepares students for a variety of careers in the culinary industry. Students benefit from a 12-week externship which provides them with practical, real-life industry experience.
