Part of the ECPI College of Technology, The Culinary Institute of Virginia is located in Norfolk, Virginia. The Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts can be completed in under two years while the Bachelor's Degree in Food Services Management can be completed in less than three years. The diverse faculty brings a wealth of experience from both American and International cuisines, and students are thoroughly prepared for work after graduation by required externships.     This program can be completed in 1.5 years, and it offers students practical, hand-son training. Basic professional skills are emphasized, and there are required student externships.

    This program can be completed in 2.5 years, and it combines business and management principles with food service operations. Students are prepared to work in environments including restaurants, schools, businesses, and healthcare facilities.
