Founded in 1996, Culinary Academy of Long Island is a specialized career training institution with emphasis in baking, commercial cooking, pastry arts, and hotel management. Facilities are located in Syosset, New York and include industry-standard labs, software, and equipment.

Student Appeal
Students have the chance to directly apply classroom learning in the dining rooms, while their peers can enjoy full-service meals. Instructors are friendly and experienced professionals who are happy to share valuable insights and career advice along with providing career-oriented culinary education. Each program includes practical training and workplace-simulated learning to help students go directly from the classroom to a successful career.
