With a heritage dating back to 1914, Colorado Christian University can offer an education that develops students intellectually, professionally, and spiritually. Christ, the living Word, is the anchoring center of the institution's wide variety of academic programs, from business to educators training, biblical study to counseling. CCU currently has campuses throughout Colorado: Colorado Springs, Denver Tech Center, Grand Junction, Lakewood (main campus), Loveland, Northglenn, and Sterling.

- Alternative Licensing Program for EducatorsAlternative Licensing Program for Educators
Approved by the Colorado Department of Education, the Alternative Teacher Licensure Program is a one-year program designed for non-licensed teachers who are teaching more than half time in a Colorado public or private school. In addition to learning theories and techniques, the curriculum includes supervised coaching in the classroom. Candidates for this program must first apply to the Colorado Department of Education for admission.

This program prepares students to teach preschool through third grade in Colorado. Adult students who have an accredited bachelor's degree may qualify for admission to this program.

This program trains students to teach kindergarten through sixth grade in Colorado and states/schools outside of Colorado that accept Colorado licensing. Adult students who have an accredited bachelor's degree may qualify for admission to this program.
