Overview
Founded in 1957 in the Hayward Hills, California State University East Bay has grown to become a leader in higher education in the eastern San Francisco Bay Area. The university continues to be a mirror of the Bay Area's multicultural population, with just under 13,000 undergraduate and graduate students.     *Requires a bachelor's degree. This graduate program is appropriate for students who want to become leaders in any pre-K through community college setting. Students learn about organizational leadership, research skills, and communication strategies.
  • M.S. in Recreation and TourismM.S. in Recreation and Tourism
    *Requires a bachelor's degree. This asyncrhonous online program covers the legal, logistical, and programmatic aspects of recreation and leisure industries. Graduates will be able to apply theories about recreation and leisure to improve the delivery of recreational programs and resources.
  • M.S. in TaxationM.S. in Taxation
    *Requires a bachelor's degree. Offered through the College of Business and Economics, this degree covers state and international income tax, with a focus on U.S. Federal income tax. Students learn professional ethics, corporate tax fundamentals, and research skills.
