An Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration prepares graduates to begin or advance a career in the business world. The program is designed to give students an understanding of business principles and practices. A formal business education prepares students to plan, organize, direct, and control the various functions and process of a firm or organization. Individuals trained with these skills sets are needed in almost every sector of business.

The Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Administration is a technology-focused program that prepares graduates to begin or advance a career in the Information Technology (IT) field, or as part of a plan to earn certifications.
The program is designed to give students an understanding of installing, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining network operations and security. Along with the concentrated networking courses, students also take a number of courses in humanities, social science, and mathematics to develop marketable skills.
Beckfield College is a Microsoft IT Academy. Students are highly encouraged to earn certifications prior to graduation, including the CompTIA A+ Certification and the MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional). These are important elements for a successful career in networking.

The Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice provides skills and opportunities to pursue the various Criminal Justice careers in the marketplace.
Students critically examine many of the trends and issues in Criminal Justice. In addition to highly qualified instructors, this program offers special guest speakers, field trips to offsite locations, and attendance at criminal trials and proceedings.

The Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology is designed to prepare candidates in the professional knowledge and skills which will qualify them for employment in a health care facility.
Upon completion of the program, graduates are able to demonstrate:
- A working knowledge of the national diagnosis and procedural coding systems (ICD and CPT-HCPC )
- A working knowledge to abstract and code from a medical record
- Understanding of HIPPA and EMR (electronic medical records)
- Knowledge of insurance processing and the claims appeal process
- The ability to manage patient accounts and monitoring reimbursement
Graduates are eligible to sit for the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) examination.

An Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration prepares graduates to begin or advance a career in the hospitality industry. The program is designed to give students an understanding of business principles and practices in the ever changing and growing career field of hospitality.
Hospitality is the business of managing hotels, travel & tourism, entertainment, and people. Along with the concentrated hospitality courses, students also take a number of core Business and Management courses to develop very marketable skills.
- Massage Therapy - Associate DegreeMassage Therapy - Associate Degree
The Massage Therapy AAS degree program provides a foundation in anatomy, physiology, myology, kinesiology and pathophysiology as the basis for training in specific therapeutic techniques. Fundamental hands-on techniques include Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular massage. Special techniques include craniosacral massage, myofascial release, sports massage, pregnancy massage and other modalities. Training is accompanied by extensive supervised clinical practice. Courses in professional development, business and marketing, and ethical and professional standards prepare the graduate for employment in the field, and general education courses, including psychology and communications provide the basis for continuing education and effective human relations skills in the professional environment.

The Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting is designed to prepare students for careers in physicians' practices and ambulatory settings. Graduates fulfill integral, multifunctional administrative and clinical roles.

The Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies program provides students with the training and technical knowledge necessary for employment as paralegals. Students graduate with the skills necessary to communicate with legal professionals effectively both verbally and in writing. Paralegals apply their legal knowledge and terminology to draft legal documents such as civil complaints and answers, deeds, contracts, mortgages, and separation agreements. Paralegals also interview clients and witnesses as well as perform investigations. They also help to prepare cases for trial in criminal and civil court.

The Bachelor of Business Administration program has partnered with the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) to ensure the graduates have the fundamental management skills and knowledge of the three core knowledge domain areas: Management, Planning and Organizing, and Leading and Controlling.
In the last two quarters leading up to graduation, students are enrolled in two Capstone courses, providing students with the opportunity for final preparation, testing, and earning the Certified Manager (CM) designation.
Certification is an important means of assuring management competencies. The Beckfield College Bachelor of Business Administration program is designed to develop student skills in a variety of areas and provides the tools necessary to obtain certification -- confirming Beckfield College graduates have professional management training.

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing prepares candidates who are thoroughly competent in the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of their profession, as well as in effective communication, sound reasoning and judgment, analytical skills, responsible and ethical behavior, and awareness of human behavioral and cultural diversity.
The program has been designed to provide to the nursing profession candidates who will find employment compatible with their education and training, succeed in their careers, continue their educational development, and move into positions of greater service and responsibility. This program offers the junior and senior years of the baccalaureate degree and is available only to registered nurses who have earned an associate degree in nursing.
Beckfield College is a member of the National League of Nursing (NLN).

The Addictions Counseling programs are designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the field of addictions, or current professionals who come in contact with, or assist, addicted persons and their families:
- College graduates holding Associate degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, Nursing or other behavioral sciences, or graduates holding Bachelor's degrees in any field of study

Graduates must pass the appropriate licensure or certification examination in order to hold professional licensure in Ohio or certification in Kentucky.
The Addictions Studies Program is supported by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board and approved by the Kentucky Board of Certification of Alcohol and Drug Counselors.

The Beckfield College Medical Office Technology diploma program is designed to prepare graduates for entry level administrative positions in the medical industry. Graduates will possess strong office skills combined with the basic understanding of medical administrative duties including:
- Patient scheduling
- Daily management of patient accounts
- Insurance verification
- Medical Records Processing
Students in the last quarter of this program are required to complete an externship. The externship will require the student to work 90 hours under the direct supervision of qualified personnel at a health care facility, and under general supervision of instructors.
This program is fully transferable into Beckfield College's Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology degree program.

The Post-Baccalaureate Academic Certificate in Paralegal Studies program provides students with the training and technical knowledge necessary for employment as highly-qualified, upper-level paralegals. Students graduate with the enhanced skills necessary to communicate with legal professionals effectively both verbally and in writing. Paralegals apply their legal knowledge and terminology to draft legal documents such as civil complaints and answers, deeds, contracts, mortgages, and separation agreements. Paralegals also interview clients and witnesses as well as perform investigations. They also help to prepare cases for trial in criminal and civil court.
- Practical Nursing (LPN upon Licensure)Practical Nursing (LPN upon Licensure)
The Practical Nurse Diploma Program is a 15 month curriculum consisting of classroom, skills laboratory, and clinical experiences. The program is designed to prepare graduates to be novice practitioners with a focus on long-term care and a member of the nursing profession. Criteria for admission includes attending a Nursing Information Session (NIS) where specific criteria are outlined and acceptance by the Nursing Admissions Committee.
Clinical experiences and skills laboratory classes accompany each nursing lecture course to give the student hands-on learning in a safe environment. Computer testing is performed to prepare the student for licensure testing.
Qualified graduates are eligible to apply to take the PN-NCLEX (Practical Nurse -- National Certification Licensure Examination), which is required for practice as an LPN. LPN's are employed by long-term care facilities, skilled care facilities, physician offices, and home health agencies.
The Florence Campus's diploma program is approved by the Kentucky Board of Nursing (KBN). The Tri-County Campus's diploma program is approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing (OBN). Beckfield College is a member of the National League of Nursing (NLN).
**Beckfield College Online's Health Information Technology program's externship will be conducted in a workplace consistent with the requirements of the program and the expectations of the profession. The externship will be administratively tracked and documented in a virtual classroom.
